The dedicated non-stop screen changer for blown film production is based on our patented design—the integral cylindrical type—used in large-scale single-layer and multi-layer co-extrusion blown film lines. It is constructed from high-performance steel using specialized processing and heat treatment methods. Equipped with pressure stabilization, lubrication, and sealing mechanisms, the pressure stabilization system works in synergy with the main screen during screen changes to mitigate pressure fluctuations, ensuring smoother filtration transitions.
A unique sealing system combined with a high-temperature lubrication system allows the screen changer body to withstand pressures of 40–60 MPa, with no material leakage occurring even after 4–5 years of operation. During screen changes, a relay-style automatic exhaust function ensures no production stoppage, no speed reduction, no material leakage, and no oil leakage. Available in specifications ranging from SJ45 to SJ260.
After installing the screen changer, not only are impurities effectively filtered out, but the plasticization and homogenization of the raw materials are also significantly improved. This results in more uniform product texture, enhanced surface quality, and better smoothness. Moreover, the ability to change screens without stopping production saves energy, reduces consumption, increases output, and lowers labor intensity.
