Structure Features
Dual-cylinder four-station four-channel structure, with one screen per channel. It features mobile automatic exhaust, adopts Zhaoming's patented anti-stagnation flow channel, is processed with special techniques, and has high pressure resistance.

Performance Features
1. Four screens perform filtration simultaneously and are replaced in turn, with only one screen replaced at a time. During screen changing, fluctuations in flow rate and pressure are minimal, exerting little impact on products.
2. Four screens and four channels work simultaneously, leaving no screen idle and avoiding cold material. It can be upgraded with an automatic screen cleaning function, enabling screen changing without the need to clean residual materials or perforated plates.
3. The special structure and distribution of the perforated plates, backwash brackets, and flow channels ensure stable material pressure and flow during both backwash and screen changing, guaranteeing continuous, uninterrupted production with higher output.
