Application
Widely used in the production of petrochemical polymers or bio-based synthetic resins: various large-scale polymer projects such as ABS, SAN, POE, PC, PS, PMMA, PA, MS, POM, PBAT, TPU, TPE, PBS, PET, PLA, PE, PP, etc.
Structure and Feature
1. The combination type strong dual flexible sealing system can seal material monomers with extremely low viscosity. The sealing pressure increases with the increase of melt pressure,and automatically compensates for wear without leakage.
2. Dual channels design, quick switching between "on" and "off", equipped with a special hydraulic system.
3. The separation designed structure can be directly connected to the bottom of the tank, eliminating the connection pipeline between the tank and the valve, reducing material residue, and improving product quality.
