Structure Features
Single-flow-channel four-station structure, which is an integrated unit composed of multiple screen blocks. It works (and changes screens) in cyclic rotation, with precise guiding and positioning of the screen blocks, thorough exhaust, and uniform temperature.
Application Range
It is widely used in the production of XPS extruded polystyrene boards, and is particularly suitable for the refined filtration of high-precision and high-transparency products such as wire drawing (monofilament, flat filament, fishing net filament), PVB film, EPE, hollow boards, extruded drawn nets, BOPET, BOPP, and chemical staple and filament fibers.
Performance Features
1. During screen changing, the screen blocks move unidirectionally, featuring easy cleaning and no black spots or impurities during movement.
2. It is equipped with fixed preheating, exhaust and automatic unloading mechanisms. During screen changing, the material pressure and material flow achieve a smooth transition, realizing non-stop operation, no air leakage, no film breakage, no filament breakage and no material leakage.
3. The special screen changer for XPS extruded polystyrene boards adopts a self-locking multi-station structure and is equipped with mechanical positioning and protection functions.
