Structure Features
Cavity combined coat-hanger and fishtail structure, streamlined channel surface, "drip type cavity"integrated or separated die lip adjustment,little loss pressure, steady cavity pressure, uniform bubbles.
Application Range
Production of extruded polystyrene foam board (XPS), standard grade, B1 grade, B2 grade, and CO₂ foamed extruded board production lines.
Performance Features
1. The mold lips are treated to be extra hard, reducing the risk of tearing; the boards come out flat, with good surface skin, glossy, and free of air gaps; the manufactured boards do not warp and have good dimensional stability.
2. Cavity polished, electrotype metal, abrasion and corrosion resistance.
3. Multi-oil channels in the mould, more precise temperature control, more stable production, could meet the request of CO, foaming process.Model Specifications
