Installation Structure of the Melt Gear Pump
It is recommended to use a universal coupling to connect the reducer and the Melt Gear Pump, in order to eliminate the effects of thermal deformation. The Melt Gear Pump is a positive-displacement, forced-feed pump; its output flow can be adjusted by varying the pump’s rotational speed. It is recommended to adopt variable-frequency speed control, which can achieve nearly linear flow output from the gear pump.
