1. Optimized structure and setting considering body stress and melt flow rate. Mechanical sealing, high maximum pressure tolerance, no leaking. Dual channels double plungers structure, continuous production, inner heating-medium system.
2. Special shaped housing, unparalleled streamline channel and supporting plate lead to less turn-back rate and no stagnation.
3. Dual channels working simultaneously, continuous production, replacing filter by terms. Channels and filtration area share equal proportion, no bottle neck effect.
4. Unique patents, short slide distance, less operate time,smooth exhaust from special shaped housing, Minimize the impact on the flow and pressure while replacing filters with the moving exhaust technology.
