Application
Widely used in the production of petrochemical polymers or bio-based synthetic resins: various large-scale polymer projects such as ABS, SAN, POE, PC, PS, PMMA, PA, MS, POM, PBAT, TPU, TPE, PBS, PET, PLA, PE, PP, etc.
Structure and Feature
1. Cylindrical structure, mechanical rigid seal, high pressure resistance, no leakage. Adopting built-in electric heating rods or thermal media heating methods,with high thermal efficiency.
2. Dual channels design, free switching between discharge station and through channels, equipped with a dedicated fast hydraulic system for quick action. During material discharge, the direct passage to the work
3. The discharge position has a damping mechanism to reduce the fluctuation of melt pressure.
4. The unique self-lubricating system ensures that the cylinder does not get stuck and has an ultra-long service life.
