Water-cooled sealing ensures it never leaks material and never wears down. Screen changes are controlled by pressure or time, with the movement distance for each change freely adjustable.
Wire-drawing and Hollow-Board Grid Plate Dedicated Non-Stop Screen Changer (1): This dedicated screen changer is equipped with auxiliary flow channels and a preheating and venting device, as well as positioning and guiding mechanisms. It employs multi-station cyclic filtration technology and a “preemptive screen-changing” system, driven by hydraulics. During screen changes, it maintains stable pressure, pressure holding, and flow rate, ensuring continuous operation without stopping the machine, without breaking the film, without interrupting the fiber feed, without glue leakage, and without affecting normal production.
