On the basis of the characteristics of the raw materials and the technical requirements, the special non stop machine for granulation (hot cutting and cold cutting) is used to select the hot cutting of the mould surface, the hot cutting under water (water cut) and the cold cutting process of the drawing bar.
　　
(1) The granulation of large and extra large petrochemical raw materials is usually heated under water. Due to the large area of the filter, the high melting pressure, high temperature, high output, the ordinary sealing method can not meet the requirements and is easy to leak. We use an elastic sealing system and can automatically compensate the net device, and the pressure of the seal pressure is increased with the pressure of the random head. Increasing (proportional) never leaking material, convenient and quick changing network, long life.
　　
(2) The small strip cold cutting granulation process generally uses multi net reciprocating filter exchanger, because it has a steady pressure and automatic exhaust mechanism, without stopping the net when changing the net. It does not affect the normal production, the particle is smooth and free of bubbles.
　　
(3) The die surface hot cutting technology, for example, used for PVC raw material, adopts double site rapid net exchange technology, and integrates the design and manufacture of the die head and the net exchanger. The flow channel structure and distribution are more reasonable, the melt material is not retained, the flow velocity and particle size are more uniform, and the resistance of the length of the flow passage is smaller and the output is higher.
