The special non-stop mesh changer for blowing film is on the large single-layer, multi-layer coextrusion film blowing machine. We all use our own patented structure-integral cylinder type. High performance steel and unconventional processing and heat treatment are adopted, with pressure stabilizer, lubricating and sealing mechanism. The pressure stabilizer and the main net "cooperate" to stabilize the pressure fluctuation and make the filter switch more stable. The unique sealing system and the high temperature lubricating system make the main body of the mesh changer withstand pressure 4060 MPa, and no leakage will occur in 4 ~ 5 years.

When changing the net, the relay type automatically exhausts, does not stop, does not slow down, does not leak the material, does not leak. Specifications from SJ45 / SJ260.  After installing the mesh changer, the impurity can not only be filtered out, but also the plasticizing and homogenizing effect of the raw material is greatly improved, the product texture is more uniform, and the surface quality and finish are better. In addition, under the condition of no downtime, the filter can be replaced, saving energy and reducing consumption, while increasing the output and reducing the labor intensity.
